NIDDAK
Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms govern your use of NIDDAK, a browser-based card duel. Playing without an account means accepting them too, because the game runs on your device from the moment the page loads.
Who you are contracting with
NIDDAK is operated by a company registered in the United Kingdom. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales unless mandatory consumer law gives you another right. Nothing here removes a right you hold as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Playing as a guest
You do not need an account to play. A guest save lives in your browser only, and it is yours to lose: clearing site data, switching browser, or using a private window will end it. We cannot recover a guest save because we never had a copy of it.
Creating an account copies that save to our servers so it survives the device. It also opens the parts of the game that need to know who you are: live ranked matches, private tournaments, posting in Majlis rooms, the Alliance Front and season rewards, and purchases. It changes nothing about how a duel plays.
Age
This soft-launch build is for adults. You must be 18 or over to create an account or to spend anything. We may ask you to confirm or prove your age before a purchase, before continued account use, or where a payment, bank, or legal check requires it.
Shards, and what buying them gives you
Shards are an in-game currency with no value outside the game. They are not legal tender, electronic money, stored value, a financial instrument, or an investment. They cannot be sold, transferred to another player, exchanged for money, or withdrawn. Buying Shards buys a licence to use them inside NIDDAK and nothing else.
Prices are set and calculated on our servers. Your device never tells us what something costs.
We may choose the display and order currency from a country code supplied by trusted hosting or edge infrastructure. In the United Arab Emirates we may show AED at five times the base number, so 10 becomes 50 AED. Other mapped regions keep the base number. There is no foreign-exchange conversion in this build. If no country is available, USD is used.
What money cannot buy
Nothing sold affects the outcome of a duel. No card is available only by paying, no purchase adds Power, and there are no paid random packs. If we ever change that, we will say so plainly before it takes effect, not in a revised document nobody re-reads.
Spending limits
You can set a monthly cap on your own spending from your account page. Lowering it takes effect immediately. Raising it waits twenty-four hours, deliberately, so that the decision to spend more is never made in the same moment as the urge to.
Refunds
Digital items are delivered immediately after payment confirmation. Where the checkout asks you to confirm immediate delivery, your usual cancellation right for digital content ends once delivery begins. We will still refund a charge that was taken in error, a purchase that was never delivered, or a purchase made by someone who was not entitled to use the payment method. Nothing here limits your statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or unavailable digital content.
Fair play
Do not automate play, exploit a defect instead of reporting it, or use another person's account. Reports, timeouts, forfeits, disputed results and invalid live moves may be reviewed by operators. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will say why.
Availability
The game is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, and we may change or retire features. If we retire the game altogether we will give notice and stop selling Shards before we do.
Changes to these terms
We will post the date of the last change at the top of this page. A change that materially reduces what you get will be announced in the game before it applies.
